They are in the legal 500 and the recipients of multiple awards for the standard of their work.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint two senior commercial property solicitors, ideally 10+ years PQE, with extensive experience in all areas of the Commercial Property sector. This is a really unique opportunity for a number of reasons:
- If they don’t have an office near to your location, they will open one.
- If you have a successful team reporting to you - you can bring them with too!
- The opportunity to work for an employer with an incredible focus on employee wellbeing, so whilst billing is important, it needs to be sustainable so they will really look after you.
- Unlimited opportunity for personal development and progression.
Who we are looking for:
- Professionals with a real hunger to grow and develop, and who are passionate about delivering the very best client care.
- If you don’t strive to be exceptional in your work then this isn’t for you.
Who should apply?
- If you want to be responsible for rapidly growing something exciting but with significant support.
- If you feel that you have no opportunity to progress in your current role.
- If you want to be a "bigger fish in a smaller pond". (Although there are 70+ fee earners in the business, you won’t get lost in the numbers here).
- If you want to pick your team up and move somewhere together where you will all be rewarded and given excellent career opportunities.
Salary is genuinely open. We have been asked to find the best candidates and our client will pay to attract the right talent. Don’t miss out on this opportunity - it really is unique. If you want to know more please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
