Our client are looking for an experienced Receptionist to provide full range of client services in their business centre, focusing on the company’s key objectives of providing high quality client service. To work with the Centre Team to ensure that all client service requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for providing a consistently high standard of customer care to the internal and external clients of the centre(s) and is therefore an ambassador for the business centre. You will work as part of a team to provide the full range of operational and customer services on a day to day basis. This role has a strong focus on the accounts functions within the business – including cash handling, receipting, banking, invoicing, debt collection. The Operations Assistant will support the Centre Manager and will deal with complex client issues and such matters such as the staff rota, managing holiday periods, breaks, move ins and move outs. A high standard of personal presentation and effective, articulate communication is essential as Operations Assistants are responsible for providing first-line customer care on a daily basis, representing all of the clients that use the centre. You will be a part of the Centre Team who are responsible for ensuring the operation runs smoothly and efficiently through involvement in: services, standards, facilities, security, health & safety, IT & telecommunications, house keeping, meeting and conference rooms set up, and general client support, eg, post, faxes, telephone answering, meeting and greeting visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery is provided in all of these areas to maximise revenue generation. The close working relationship with the Centre Manager and the team will be the key to the success of this role and the centre. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, other staff and suppliers is paramount. Therefore the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential. PLEASE NOTE: This is a part-time role – 22.5 Hours over 5 days (Mon-Fri) Must be able to start between 8am and 9am
