We are recruiting on behalf of a global IT infrastructure and managed services provider supporting enterprise organisations across sectors including hospitality, airport security, and government contracting. This business designs, supplies, and manages complex IT environments — spanning servers, storage, networking, managed user support, and global hardware maintenance across more than 70 countries. Known for technical depth, operational precision, and compliance-driven delivery, they combine enterprise-level capability with the agility of a specialist partner.
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager with strong IT industry understanding to take ownership of, and scale, their growing marketing function. This is a hands-on, strategic role offering genuine ownership. You will build upon an existing marketing foundation, evolving strategy, structure, and execution in line with ambitious growth plans. You’ll have visibility across the full customer journey — from inbound lead generation through to conversion and long-term customer growth — ensuring marketing activity directly supports commercial outcomes. The role suits someone comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with strategic direction, and who enjoys operating as the central point of accountability for marketing within a growing, complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, evolve, and execute the overall marketing strategy and plan
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence with consistent, high-quality content
- Develop and execute content across email, web, campaigns, and thought leadership
- Create and optimise marketing campaigns aligned to lead generation and customer journeys
- Manage and develop the company website (currently Concrete5; future evolution open)
- Build landing pages and lead-capture mechanisms
- Collaborate with internal specialists to effectively communicate key service offerings
- Own marketing for selected products and services, managing assets internally or via external partners
- Prepare and refine professional sales and marketing collateral, including presentations and battle cards
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and engagement metrics
- Drive brand consistency, awareness, and reputation across all channels
- Identify new markets, channels, and growth opportunities
About You
- Proven experience managing websites via CMS platforms (Concrete5 and/or WordPress)
- Strong design capability using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Marketing Suite (highly beneficial)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with a desire to continuously learn about technical products and markets
