Our client is a family-owned business specialising in sourcing and importing products from the Far East. They are looking for a Part-Time Administrator to support order management and supplier coordination. This role offers flexible working hours (20–25 per week) and would consider hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage live orders using Trello, ensuring all order details, key dates, and documents are accurate
- Progress orders through agreed stages as milestones are reached
- Liaise with the China-based team on production updates, QC status, and shipping readiness
- Escalate delays or risks to management
- Respond to operational client queries relating to order status and delivery
- Maintain accurate records and support UK / China team handovers
Additional Support (Desirable)
- Create client reports in Excel
- Raise draft invoices in Xero and assist with basic reconciliations
- Support social media scheduling and email campaigns
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple orders
