Salary: Up to 30k (DOE)
Overtime Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm

The Role: We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical wholesaler for a reliable and motivated Branch Assistant to join their busy trade counter team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, warehouse duties, and driving.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers on the trade counter
- Trade counter sales and customer support
- Taking in and checking deliveries
- Manual handling and general warehouse duties
- Using computer systems for orders and stock
- Occasional local deliveries as required
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers and basic systems
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in a trade counter or electrical wholesaler environment is desirable
