We are seeking an experienced Lead Water Treatment Equipment Engineer to take charge of a team delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and installation of water treatment systems across London and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage a team of engineers, provide expert technical support, and ensure operational excellence and safety compliance on all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and support the service team in maintaining and repairing water treatment equipment, including:
    • Softeners
    • Reverse Osmosis (RO) Units
    • Ozone Units
    • UV Units
    • Dosing Systems
    • Side Stream Filtration Units
  • Conduct fault-finding and remedial works on water treatment equipment.
  • Lead installations of new water treatment systems.
  • Be the main technical point of contact for all product and system queries.
  • Develop and implement service procedures and engineer training programs.
  • Monitor and improve team performance through ongoing coaching and support.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed on client and company premises.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel, nights, or weekend work as required.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years experience working with water treatment equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and servicing processes.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of engineers.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, safety-focused, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
