Join a fast-growing, independent company on an ambitious growth journey. This internal business development role gives you the chance to drive sales, build relationships, and share in the companys success.
What youll do:
- End-to-end sales for existing and new customers
- Proactively make outbound calls via phone and Teams to generate leads and build rapport
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to deliver value
- Present products, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Use CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide regular updates to directors and take ownership of personal development
What were looking for:
- 2+ years proven end-to-end sales experience
- Experience in industrial water treatment or scientific industries is a plus
- Skilled in telephone sales and CRM systems (Pipedrive/Unleashed)
- Full UK driving licence
- Determined, customer-focused, and self-motivated
