Operations Manager
Water Treatment Equipment – Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire
As the Operations Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for managing day‑to‑day service operations and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality water treatment and hygiene services across Oxfordshire and neighbouring areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians and Engineers
- Oversee P&L, budgets, and resource planning for the regional service operation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and water hygiene standards
- Drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service excellence
- Manage installation, maintenance, and servicing of water treatment and pre‑treatment systems
- Report directly to the Commercial Director and play a key role in strategic decisions
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve performance and customer outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Service Manager, or Regional Manager within Water Treatment, Water Hygiene, or related engineering sectors
- Strong technical understanding of RO systems, filtration, softeners, and chlorine dioxide dosing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and budgets
- Ability to motivate field teams and maintain exceptional customer relationships
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within commuting distance of Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire
