The Role
As District Labour Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting operational activities across the district, ensuring labour resources, subcontractors, and vendors are effectively coordinated to meet business demands. This is a varied position involving both reactive and proactive planning, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate labour resources to support operational requirements.
- Liaise with subcontractors and external vendors to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
- Respond to changing priorities and operational demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Support planning and scheduling activities across the district.
- Monitor and communicate site-related issues and customer feedback.
- Accurately document and escalate complaints or concerns raised from site activities.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure administrative records and operational data are kept up to date.
