The Role

As a Graduate Water Treatment Account Manager, you will manage and develop customer accounts across Cardiff and South Wales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing industrial, commercial, and retail water treatment clients
  • Providing technical advice on water treatment solutions and compliance
  • Building long-term client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Working autonomously in a field-based/mobile role
  • Covering a Cardiff-centric patch, with occasional travel across neighbouring areas

You’ll receive structured training covering:

  • Water treatment chemistry and systems
  • Legionella control and compliance
  • Commercial skills, account management, and customer engagement

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (or relevant experience in water treatment)
  • Strong interest in customer-facing, account management roles
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Able to commute easily across Cardiff and South Wales
