The Role
As a Graduate Water Treatment Account Manager, you will manage and develop customer accounts across Cardiff and South Wales. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing industrial, commercial, and retail water treatment clients
- Providing technical advice on water treatment solutions and compliance
- Building long-term client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
- Working autonomously in a field-based/mobile role
- Covering a Cardiff-centric patch, with occasional travel across neighbouring areas
You’ll receive structured training covering:
- Water treatment chemistry and systems
- Legionella control and compliance
- Commercial skills, account management, and customer engagement
About You
- Degree-qualified in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (or relevant experience in water treatment)
- Strong interest in customer-facing, account management roles
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to commute easily across Cardiff and South Wales
