We are seeking an experienced Lead Water Treatment Equipment Engineer to take charge of a team delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and installation of water treatment systems across London and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage a team of engineers, provide expert technical support, and ensure operational excellence and safety compliance on all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support the service team in maintaining and repairing water treatment equipment, including:
- Softeners
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) Units
- Ozone Units
- UV Units
- Dosing Systems
- Side Stream Filtration Units
- Conduct fault-finding and remedial works on water treatment equipment.
- Lead installations of new water treatment systems.
- Be the main technical point of contact for all product and system queries.
- Develop and implement service procedures and engineer training programs.
- Monitor and improve team performance through ongoing coaching and support.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed on client and company premises.
- Flexibility for occasional travel, nights, or weekend work as required.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years experience working with water treatment equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and servicing processes.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of engineers.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, safety-focused, and customer-oriented approach.
- Full UK driving licence required.
