QFS (Quality and Food Safety Systems) Documentation Co-Ordinator - 6 month fixed term contract.

Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role? JS Recruitment are working with a leading organisation in the food and beverage industry to recruit a QFS (Quality and Food Safety Systems) Documentation Co-Ordinator. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of the BRC code and hands-on experience in Quality and Food Safety Systems. You’ll take the lead in reviewing, updating and aligning documentation with BRC standards, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class documentation system.

What You’ll Be Doing as a QFS Documentation Co-Ordinator:

  • Reviewing existing QFS Manual and supporting documentation
  • Conducting a gap analysis against current BRC requirements
  • Updating and revising documentation in collaboration with Quality and Technical leads
  • Supporting the creation of a user-friendly documentation library on SharePoint
  • Assisting with the rollout and training of updated documents

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong understanding of BRC standards and food safety programmes
  • Experience managing and publishing technical documentation
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
