THE ROLE

As a Merchandise Assistant, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, friendly team making sure the right products arrive at the right time. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full product journey – from initial orders to final delivery – while learning from some of the best in the business.

  • Assisting with purchase and sales order processing
  • Liaising with suppliers to track approvals and timelines
  • Supporting communication with high-street retailers
  • Helping to coordinate product samples, packaging, and deliveries
  • Working closely with the design, buying, and distribution teams
  • Learning how to manage critical paths and merchandise systems
  • Supporting the Merchandiser and wider team on key projects

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • A degree in fashion, textiles, or a related subject
  • Great organisation and time management

  • IT confident – especially with Microsoft Excel
