Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will spearhead the development and cultivation of a robust continuous improvement culture throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in delivering the site’s master schedule
  • Assist in implementing the company’s strategic objectives
  • Lead, coach, and mentor colleagues in LEAN manufacturing principles
  • Provide visible support during project launches and trials, ensuring standardized approaches
  • Manage multiple projects aimed at On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery of objectives
  • Effectively communicate ideas and opinions across the organization
  • Address learning and development needs comprehensively
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with finesse
  • Showcase best practices to reinforce learning and maintain high standards across the site

Requirements:

  • Background in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Demonstrable track record of applying lean tools and techniques, supported by project examples
  • Ideally certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or a willingness to pursue certification
  • Strong IT acumen, particularly in data analysis and visualization
  • Excellent documentation skills including SOPs and report writing
  • Genuine enthusiasm for fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence and inspire others towards achieving common goals
  • Unwavering drive and motivation to excel in a dynamic environment
