Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership and Delivery: Manage the planning, scoping, and delivery of complex EIA projects across energy, infrastructure, and urban development sectors. Ensure all projects comply with relevant legislation and deliver high-quality Environmental Statements (ES) and reports. Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team. Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to align project outcomes with expectations. Represent clients at public consultations, hearings, and stakeholder meetings.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for new business, build client relationships, and contribute to proposals and tenders. Support strategic planning for the growth of EIA services within the firm.
