My client, a purpose-driven sustainability consultancy, is seeking a Nature Finance Senior Consultant or an ambitious Consultant to join their dynamic team. With five years of impactful work in the green finance sector, my client has established a strong reputation for enabling organisations to navigate the opportunities and risks associated with the green transition. This role offers you the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from nature finance investment readiness to climate adaptation and green finance for transport.

Responsibilities & Tasks
- Support a challenging portfolio of projects, providing qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
- Develop opportunities and bids in collaboration with senior team members.
- Lead on task completion, handling client and stakeholder queries.
- Deliver on projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a range of partners, learning and growing from experts in the field.
- Engage with landowners, buyers, and investors to develop green finance projects.
- Measure and value environmental assets, including natural capital accounting.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Upwards of 3 years of experience in natural capital project development, with a focus on nature restoration, green finance, or environmental economics.
- Strong data handling, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Experience in strategy, advisory, digital, infrastructure, or sustainability projects.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing clients and partners to create lasting relationships.
