The Opportunity
As the Lead Environmental Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in technical delivery, business growth, and team development. You will drive forward best-in-class environmental services and provide strategic leadership to both clients and colleagues. Your Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for environmental support across UK oil and gas projects
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from feasibility through to decommissioning
- Build and grow long-term client relationships and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to recruitment of new team members
- Lead proposal writing, budget management, and ensure high-quality delivery standards
Your Profile
- Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) or equivalent, with a relevant environmental degree
- Proven consultancy experience within the UK oil and gas sector
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Expertise in authoring and reviewing technical reports and regulatory submissions
