JS Matchfit Coaching is looking for a Lead Coach to join a growing football development programme.
We're not just looking for someone who can run drills. The ideal candidate raises standards and wants to make players better every single session.
Hours
- Monday 5:00–6:00pm
- Wednesday 5:30–6:30pm
This will start at 2 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 4+ hours quickly.
The role
- Deliver high-quality, structured sessions following the Matchfit approach
- Coach mixed ages and abilities, adapting to each player
- Be reliable, punctual and professional with every family
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience coaching in a football development environment (essential)
- FA Level 2/UEFA C or above (essential)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one), plus in-date FA safeguarding and first aid (essential)
- Playing experience (desirable)
- Able to energise and engage younger players and genuinely challenge older ones
- Own transport
Pay
£20–£35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Pay: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
