Our client, a highly regarded law firm in the Top Legal 500 with multiple offices across East Anglia, has a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to head up their Private Client department based in Shoeburyness.
Responsibilities:
- You will handle a wide and varied caseload of Private Client matters
- Wills, Codicils, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and HMRC Inheritance tax forms
- Deeds of Variation and advising on all related Tax issues
- Court of Protection, Probate administration of Estate and Trusts
- Deputyship Applications
- Enduring Powers of Attorney
The Candidate:
- The successful candidate will be either a solicitor or Legal Executive with 7 years plus PQE
- You will be ambitious and have a passion to drive the Private Client department forward
- Possess a positive attitude
- Strong IT Skills
- Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
- Full time / Flexi-time
- Parking
