Our client, a leading multi-office practice specialising in property, due to continued growth are now recruiting for a Junior Fee Earner to join their property department in Woodbridge. The Role
- Take instructions from clients
- Dealing with sales and purchases of leasehold, freehold, transfer of equity and new build property matters
- Preparing contract pack
- Chasing enquiries and progress on the matter to ensure a speedy exchange
- Raising client enquiries with solicitors
- Carry out all electronic ID checks, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches
- Issuing contracts and dealing with any sale enquiries
- Support in exchanging contracts and completion transactions
The Candidate
- You will have at least 2 years' residential property experience gained within a reputable law firm
- Knowledge of conveyancing from start to finish along with new build experience would be preferred
- Strong IT skills, experience with case management systems
- Able to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills across all channels with developers, solicitors, lenders and clients
