About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier UK, US, Australian or NZ law firm
- Excellent academics
- Strong private equity experience, including advising sponsors, investors or portfolio companies
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset and a collaborative approach to client service
