p JS Careers are pleased to have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join an elite US law firm based in London, with a market-leading Private Equity and M A offering. /p p br /p p This firm is seeking an ambitious and talented corporate lawyer to join their high-performing London team advising private equity sponsors, institutional investors and corporate clients on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions. /p p br /p p strong The Role /strong /p p In this role, the successful candidate can expect to work across a variety of complex matters, including: /p p br /p ul li Private equity acquisitions, investments and exits; /li li Private M A transactions and public takeovers; /li li Carve-out transactions and consortium acquisitions; /li li Growth capital investments, strategic minority investments and hybrid investment structures; and /li li Corporate restructures, governance and general corporate advisory matters. /li /ul p br /p p strong About You /strong /p p To be successful, you will ideally have: /p p br /p ul li A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier UK, US, Australian or NZ law firm; /li li Excellent academics; /li li Strong private equity experience, including advising sponsors, investors or portfolio companies as well as solid M A experience across a range of complex transactions; /li li Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; and /li li A commercial mindset and a collaborative approach to client service. /li /ul p br /p p This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the globes premier corporate practices, working on high-profile private equity and M A matters within a collaborative and high-performing team.
