JRV Surveys & Valuations, based in Greater Manchester, is seeking a qualified residential surveyor and valuer to join their independent practice. This position is suitable for an AssocRICS or MRICS surveyor with a minimum of one year of experience in RICS Home Surveys and valuations.
The successful candidate will perform Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys, manage their own schedule, and produce detailed reports—both from home and optionally at the Altrincham office. This role offers flexibility and a supportive work environment where quality is prioritized.
