JRV Surveys & Valuations is a well-established, independent RICS regulated practice specialising in residential home surveys and valuations across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a qualified residential surveyor and valuer to join our team. This role would suit an AssocRICS or MRICS surveyor with at least one year of post-qualification experience completing RICS Home Surveys and residential valuations who is looking for a stable, well supported role with flexibility and autonomy.
The Role
- You will be responsible for carrying out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys and residential valuations, managing your own inspection diary and producing clear, well-written reports.
- Inspections will be across Greater Manchester.
- Report writing and administration can be completed from home, with the option to use our Altrincham office if preferred.
What we are looking for
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualified surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Minimum of one year experience completing residential surveys and valuations.
- Strong report writing skills with a clear, practical communication style.
- Good IT skills and confidence using modern survey software and systems.
- Ability to manage workload independently while maintaining high standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
