JRV Surveys & Valuations is a well-established, independent RICS regulated practice specialising in residential home surveys and valuations across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a qualified residential surveyor and valuer to join our team. This role would suit an AssocRICS or MRICS surveyor with at least one year of post-qualification experience completing RICS Home Surveys and residential valuations who is looking for a stable, well supported role with flexibility and autonomy.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys and residential valuations, managing your own inspection diary and producing clear, well-written reports. Inspections will be across Greater Manchester. Report writing and administration can be completed from home, with the option to use our Altrincham office if preferred.
What we are looking for
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualified surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Minimum of one year experience completing residential surveys and valuations.
- Strong report writing skills with a clear, practical communication style.
- Good IT skills and confidence using modern survey software and systems.
- Ability to manage workload independently while maintaining high standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
