FTG Supervisor
to support the running of our busy Subway and Kitchen Store at JRS Services, Goole (formally known as Glews Service Station). Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a great opportunity to learn, develop and make a positive impact in a fast-paced service station and truck stop environment. What You'll Be Doing ·
Support the management, motivation and development of the team ·
Take personal responsibility for your duties and your team performance ·
Instil exceptional customer service standards ·
Maintain strong operating and merchandising standards ·
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Age-Restricted ·
Grow sales and manage KPIs effectively to help achieve targets ·

Retail and/or management experience preferred ·
Experience of leading or supervising a team preferred ·
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills ·
Hard working, hands-on and willing to get stuck in ·
A strong customer service record ·
An understanding of Health & Safety and due diligence ·
Someone who builds trust and confidence with customers and colleagues WORKING PATTERN 5 days per week across 7 days, working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
