- Program, set and operate CNC Milling Machines
- Produce precision-machined aerospace components to engineering drawings and customer specifications
- Create, edit and optimise CNC programs
- Set tooling, fixtures and workholding for a variety of machining operations
- Maximise material utilisation while minimising waste
- Carry out first-off, in-process and final inspection
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain high machining standards and tight tolerances
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Assist with training and supporting other operators where required

- Previous experience programming, setting and operating CNC Milling Machines
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience producing precision-machined components to tight tolerances
- Confident editing and proving CNC programs
- Good understanding of tooling, fixtures and machining processes
- Experience carrying out quality checks and completing production documentation
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including COSHH
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
