JRS Associates have partnered up with a growing and expanding specialist manufacturer in Tewkesbury to recruit a Final Inspector / Quality Inspector to join their manufacturing team.
The Successful Final Inspector - Package:
- £31,948.80 per annum including shift pay
- Rotating Shift: Week 1 - Monday-Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm; Week 2 - Monday-Friday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

The Successful Final Inspector - Requirements:
- Previous experience within quality inspection, electronics, PCB manufacturing, assembly or precision manufacturing
- Experience as a Quality Inspector, Final Inspector, PCB Inspector, Electronics Inspector, Quality Technician or experienced Production/Assembly Operative with inspection responsibilities would be ideal
- Experience carrying out visual inspection of manufactured components or assemblies
- Able to identify defects, damage, contamination or other quality issues
- Comfortable working accurately to drawings, specifications, work instructions or quality standards
- Strong attention to detail with a right-first-time approach
- Able to accurately record defects and inspection results
- Comfortable working with small or detailed components
- PCB or electronics manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience with AOI inspection, electronic assemblies or PCB inspection would be advantageous but is not essential
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working the rotating shift pattern
- Able to work independently while maintaining consistently high quality standards
