JRS Associates have partnered up with a growing business in Pinxton to recruit a skilled Press Brake Operator on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability and a modern working environment.
Package:
- Pay: £16.00 to £17.00 per hour
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30
- Friday: 08:00–13:30
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays

Duties:
- Setting and operating CNC press brakes – Trumpf TruBend 7036 / Truma Press V85
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and bend instructions
- Working to tight tolerances (typically ±0.25mm)
- Performing in-process inspection and adjusting programs if needed
- Keeping production areas clean and well-organised
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintaining a high standard of quality and safety throughout
Candidate:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience operating CNC press brakes (Trumpf or Amada experience desirable)
- Confident reading and working to technical drawings
- Familiar with measurement tools such as Verniers and Micrometers
- Able to work independently and hit quality targets with minimal supervision
