JR PAT Testing is growing rapidly across the UK and we are looking for experienced PAT Engineers with the necessary equipment and insurance to join our team in Kilburn Park. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Travel to client sites (hospitals, retail outlets, offices) and conduct portable appliance testing (PAT) for a variety of electrical items such as microwaves, kettles, computers, etc.
  • Use test instruments to verify safety, generate test reports and provide completion certificates.
  • Advise users on results and explain any appliance deficiencies.
  • Maintain all testing equipment in good working order and in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage time efficiently, moving between sites alone or as part of a team.

Requirements: reliable, honest, with a “can‑do” attitude and willingness to travel as needed. Must have transport, suitable equipment, and hold a City & Guilds 2377 PAT qualification or equivalent.
