About the Role
JR PAT Testing is growing across the UK and is looking for experienced PAT Engineers who are self‑employed and have their own insured equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform portable appliance testing at sites such as hospitals, retail outlets and offices.
- Use testing instruments and record data in dedicated test report books or electronic systems.
- Inform users of results, explaining any needed repairs or replacements.
- Complete completion certificates, checklists and additional paperwork.
- Travel to and from sites, operating the van independently or as part of a team.
