JR PAT Testing is an expanding PAT and Compliance Company currently looking for self‑employed PAT Engineers to join our team in Osterley.
Responsibilities
- Perform PAT testing of appliances at hospitals, retail outlets, and other workplaces.
- Record testing results in a dedicated PAT test report book or electronic system.
- Provide employers with completed reports and completion certificates.
- Inform users of results and explain why certain appliances may be unfit for continued use.
- Maintain testing equipment in good working order, ensuring it meets relevant regulations and is calibrated at least once a year.
Qualifications & Requirements
- City & Guilds 2377 PAT qualification or equivalent.
- Own testing instruments, insurance, and the ability to keep equipment calibrated yearly.
- Reliable, honest, and possess a "can‑do" attitude.
- Self‑employed, capable of flexible hours (part‑time or full‑time).
- Must have a reasonable commuting distance to Osterley or be willing to travel nationally.
