JR PAT Testing is growing rapidly across the UK and we would love to speak with experienced PAT Engineers who have the required equipment and insurance in place.
Employment Type: Self‐employed engineer positions with flexible hours, suitable for part‐time or full‐time work.
Location: East Sussex and surrounding commutable areas. Engineers must be able to travel reasonably to East Sussex or be willing to travel nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct portable appliance testing (PAT) at client sites.
- Operate and calibrate testing instruments, recording results in reports.
- Explain findings to clients and advise on any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain up‐to‐date equipment and adhere to all relevant regulations.
- Travel to a variety of locations, managing time efficiently and ensuring accurate testing.
Qualifications:
