JR PAT Testing is an expanding PAT and Compliance Company currently looking for engineers to join our team in Durham. We offer self-employed positions with flexible hours, allowing interested individuals to work either part-time or full-time. Although we understand that some may travel further afield, we require that all applicants have a reasonable commuting distance of Durham or closer.

This role offers potential earnings on a pro‑rated basis depending on the rate per appliance, the number of tests and job dynamics. Our jobs range from one-day projects to long-term contracts.

To perform the role you must have your own transport, equipment calibrated annually, hold a City & Guilds 2377 PAT qualification or equivalent, be reliable, honest, and have a "can‑do" attitude. All necessary equipment including testing instruments, measuring devices, and additional tools must be kept up-to-date and meet the relevant regulations.
