Our client is an industry-leading RC Frame / Groundworks firm who operate within London & Home Counties. The correct candidate will be required to support the preconstruction department and be able to drive and advise on construction build methodology and be up to date with all construction methods.
The candidate must ideally have the following skills to produce the following:
- Construction programmes on Asta Software
- Labour histograms
- Plant programme
- Hook time analysis
- 3D and 4D images (ideal not essential, training will be given if required)
- 2D imaging minimum requirement
- Pour layout sketches
Experience on projects ranging from £6m – £80m, experience in multi-discipline projects including bulk excavation, temporary works, piling, RC works, post tension works, core construction methods (slip, jump, twin wall, traditional), drainage and services, deep basements and high rise frames.
