I have been retained by an industry-leading RC Frame / Groundworks Contractor who are actively looking for a Training & Development Manager As the Training and Development (T&D) Manager, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs to ensure the growth and competency of our workforce. You will focus on enhancing employee skills while aligning training initiatives with the company’s values. Additionally, you will support the professional development of employees seeking membership in institutions like RICS, CIOB, and ICE, and assist in early career development initiatives, helping employees achieve industry recognition and career advancement. Responsibilities: * Regularly evaluate workforce competencies, focusing on safety, project management, construction techniques, and sustainability. * Manage safety training programs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Lead initiatives to promote sustainability, including CPDs on green building practices and energy efficient construction methods. * Develop employee wellbeing programs, focusing on mental health, stress management, and work life balance. * Design and implement leadership training programs for supervisors and project managers. * Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring cost effective allocation of resources for high quality programs. * Lead, manage, and develop the L&D team, ensuring that the department functions effectively and efficiently
