- Tasks and responsibilities
As a HSE Advisor/Mgr you will be trained to carry out the following tasks (tasks will vary depending on where you’re working):
- Advise and Enforce the Groups set standards and procedures
- Prepare for upcoming risks and plan opportunities
- Facilitating Risk Reviews
- Assist with Safe System of Work development
- Complete Health & Safety inspections & assist with onsite paperwork
- Developing H&S reports
- Engaging the workforce on H&S matters
- Carrying out stand downs and H&S campaigns
- Test and trial plant / equipment solutions
- Attending H&S expos
- Implementing innovation with the project teams
- Engaging in safety action groups
- Working with client counterparts to improve standards on site
- Assess and carry out skills and behavioural training
- Carrying out Internal H&S audits
- Support with external ISO audits
- Maintaining Continuous Professional Development
