Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full M&E installation packages from pre-construction through to practical completion and client handover
  • Coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors, ensuring programme, quality, and budget targets are achieved
  • Work closely with main contractors, consultants, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Review design information and ensure compliance with specification, building regulations, and current UK standards
  • Lead site coordination meetings and drive installation progress across all M&E services
  • Oversee procurement of plant, materials, and subcontract packages
  • Manage commissioning activities, witnessing, and production of O&M manuals and handover documentation
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety legislation and company procedures
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on site quickly to avoid programme delays
  • Monitor costs and support commercial teams with variations and valuations where required
