I have been retained by an industry-leading RC Frame / Groundworks contractor who are actively looking for an internal recruiter to cover trades & labour roles.\\n\\nGreat opportunity for someone from an agency background to make the switch into "client side"\\n\\nResponsibilities below:\\n\\nCandidate Sourcing:\\n\\n * Actively search for and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.\\n\\n * Working on and developing the CRM and ATS.\\n\\nCandidate Engagement and Management:\\n\\n * Build relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about opportunities and providing a positive candidate experience.\\n\\n * Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.\\n\\n * Manage candidate data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\\n\\nNetworking and Market Research:\\n\\n * Up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools.\\n\\n * Network with potential candidates and industry contacts to build a strong pipeline.\\n\\nOther Responsbiltites :\\n\\n * Maintain databases and ensure quality assurance compliance.\\n\\n * Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.\\n\\n * Good knowledge of employment law\\n\\nWhat you need:\\n\\n * Romanian speaker would be ideal but not essential\\n\\n * Previous recruitment experience within trades & labour
