I have been retained by an industry-leading RC Frame / Groundworks contractor who are actively looking for an internal recruiter to cover trades & labour roles. Great opportunity for someone from an agency background to make the switch into \”client side\” Responsibilities below: Candidate Sourcing: * Actively search for and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. * Working on and developing the CRM and ATS. Candidate Engagement and Management: * Build relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about opportunities and providing a positive candidate experience. * Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles. * Manage candidate data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Networking and Market Research: * Up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools. * Network with potential candidates and industry contacts to build a strong pipeline. Other Responsbiltites : * Maintain databases and ensure quality assurance compliance. * Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc. * Good knowledge of employment law What you need: * Romanian speaker would be ideal but not essential * Previous recruitment experience within trades & labour
