I have been retained by a national engineering consultancy who are looking to bolster their geotechnical team due to an increased workload. They are looking for a geotecnical engineer between engineer – principal level. This engineer will hold a key position on the team and be responsible for mentoring/developing junior members of staff, developing/expanding the existing client base and helping to manage the geotechnical workload across the South You will need and understanding in the assessment and detailed design of: * Foundation solutions (e.g., deep foundations, rafts, piled rafts, etc.). * Soil-structure interaction. * Deep excavations. * Retaining wall design and construction. * Earthworks. You will competence in the use of the following software packages. * MS Office. * Slope/W or equivalents. * Oasys XDisp. * Plaxis 2D/3D. * WallAP or equivalent. * Settle 3D
