Their focus spans a variety of specialisms, including groundworks, enabling works, drainage, reinforced concrete structures, hard landscaping, and cut-and-carve projects.

They have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join their team in London. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of high-profile projects, including RC substructures and frames, cut-and-carve schemes, and structural and civil works for data centres.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparing comprehensive tender submissions for clients, ensuring all specifications, scope requirements, and deadlines are met.
2. Accurately measuring and analysing tender drawings to extract quantities and data required for pricing.
3. Developing precise project rates by calculating costs from first principles, including labour, plant, materials, and overheads.
4. Representing the company in client meetings and presentations, clarifying project details, and fostering strong client relationships.
5. Mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing expertise to help them grow professionally.

What We’re Looking For

1. Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field.
2. A full UK driving license.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
4. Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
