I have been retained by an industry-leading, national property consultancy who are actively looking to grow their commercial PM team. They are ideally looking for a PM between surveyor and senior surveyor level. The team acts for a variety of landlord clients managing their office, retail and industrial assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients
  • Sustainable Management – To ensure that sustainable management practices are used at all times and new legislation is adhered to
  • Budgeting: assist in preparing annual budgets in accordance with service charge procedures and regulations.
  • Help mentor/guide junior members of the team

What you need:

  • Ideally MRICS qualified
  • Experience managing office, retail or industrial assets
  • Experience mentoring graduate surveyors
  • IT Literate (Microsoft packages)
  • Experience being client-facing
  • Experience using TRAMPS (preferred) or similar property management accounting system
