I have been retained by an industry-leading, national property consultancy who are actively looking to grow their commercial PM team. They are ideally looking for a PM between surveyor and senior surveyor level. The team acts for a variety of landlord clients managing their office, retail and industrial assets.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients
- Sustainable Management – To ensure that sustainable management practices are used at all times and new legislation is adhered to
- Budgeting: assist in preparing annual budgets in accordance with service charge procedures and regulations.
- Help mentor/guide junior members of the team
What you need:
- Ideally MRICS qualified
- Experience managing office, retail or industrial assets
- Experience mentoring graduate surveyors
- IT Literate (Microsoft packages)
- Experience being client-facing
- Experience using TRAMPS (preferred) or similar property management accounting system
