Responsibilities
- Reporting to Foreman & Factory Manager.
- Working with the night shift team to lift out and prepare the factory for the day shift adhering to all H&S requirements.
- Ensuring precast units are lifted out in a controlled, safe and timely manner according to the management systems.
- Providing detailed handovers daily and attending weekly meetings with Management.
- Keeping the area tidy and clean.
Requirements
- Experience of working with precast concrete preferred.
- Experience within Factory environments.
- Experience of working with Overhead Gantry cranes is a MUST for crane operative.
- Quality and process driven to work optimum efficiencies.
