We’re looking for experienced Telehandler Operative to join our busy precast concrete facility in Skelmersdale. You’ll be supporting daily production by operating plant machinery safely and efficiently in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Precast Factory (Skelmersdale)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00–17:00

Pay: Competitive – PAYE. Right to Work in the UK is a MUST.

Type of contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Telehandler

  • Operating mobile plant equipment (e.g., forklifts, telehandlers, loaders)
  • Moving materials, moulds and finished precast units around the factory
  • Supporting production teams with loading, lifting and general yard duties
  • Carrying out basic checks and reporting any defects
  • Following all site safety procedures and working as part of a team

Key Skills of a Telehandler

  • Previous experience operating mobile plant machinery – ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to work safely in a busy factory environment
  • Reliability, good communication and a strong work ethic
  • Valid plant tickets (FLT, telehandler, loading shovel)
  • Additional factory or construction experience

Weekly pay (PAYE)

20 days holiday plus all bank holidays
