Role: Skilled / General Operatives required
Hours: 07:00am - 17:00pm, 50 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Interviews will be held on site. You must have the right to work in the UK. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the Operative Supervisor
- Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units in accordance with tolerances
- Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines
- Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements
- Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently
- Ability to learn new processes
- Desired experience within a precast manufacturing facility
- Trained in a technical ability to set up precast units and work to processes
- Ability to learn/read manufacture drawings
- Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
