Requirements of a GRC Precast Operative:

  • Experience within a GRC precast manufacturing facility essential.
  • Experienced with the technical ability to set up precast units and work to processes.
  • Ability to read manufacture drawings.
  • Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team.

Responsibilities of a GRC Precast Operative:

  • Reporting to the Operative Supervisor.
  • Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units in accordance to as shown and within tolerances.
  • Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines.
  • Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements.
  • Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently.
  • Have the ability to learn new processes.
