Project Coordinator

Hour: 07:00am – 17:00pm, Monday to Friday Type: Full time, permanent contract Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with site PMs, QSs, and designers to agree on call-offs, delivery dates, and budgets. Manage draftsmen producing and nesting files for production. Arrange sequencing of call-offs (design and finished product) for the entire lifespan of live projects. Process and coordinate quotes from different entities. Coordinate and report issuing dates of drawings versus site programs. Document variations and movements of program dates. Participate in meetings with group and internal companies to discuss project details. Qualifications Mid/Senior project coordinator experience in the GRC/Precast business, or an M.Sc. level qualification or higher, preferably in construction, physics, or engineering-related subjects. Key Skills Experience in ASTA and Microsoft Office. Technically minded with high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable and able to work effectively alone or in a team. Ability to read technical drawings and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. If you are the right fit for this role, please submit your CV.
