Hour: 07:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday

Type: Full time, permanent contract

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with site PMs, QSs, and designers to agree on call-offs, delivery dates, and budgets.
  • Manage draftsmen producing and nesting files for production.
  • Arrange sequencing of call-offs (design and finished product) for the entire lifespan of live projects.
  • Process and coordinate quotes from different entities.
  • Coordinate and report issuing dates of drawings versus site programs.
  • Document variations and movements of program dates.
  • Participate in meetings with group and internal companies to discuss project details.

Qualifications

Mid/Senior project coordinator experience in the GRC/Precast business, or an M.Sc. level qualification or higher, preferably in construction, physics, or engineering-related subjects.

Key Skills

  • Experience in ASTA and Microsoft Office.
  • Technically minded with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable and able to work effectively alone or in a team.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
