Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM (Early Friday Finish)
The Role
We are looking for an assertive, highly organized Project Coordinator to own the production planning function for JRL Modular. Operating as the bridge between the factory floor and site teams, you will take full responsibility for the Master Schedules (POD & PUC), tracking design, materials procurement, and factory flow rates to ensure delivery dates are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Scheduling: Own the POD & PUC Master schedules, ensuring a balanced production flow rate through the factory aligned with site project plans.
- Resource & Capacity Planning: Calculate direct resource requirements across the planning period; monitor actual vs. target performance daily.
- Daily Production Control: Compile weekly production plans for all departments, update line-on/line-off task completion, and update daily production boards ahead of morning meetings.
- Programme Alignment: Chair production readiness meetings, liaise with central project planning teams, and elevate delivery bottlenecks in a timely manner.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a Production Planning, Scheduling, or Project Coordination role within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Excellent MS Excel capability with a knack for managing complex data sets and records.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and materials management software.
- An assertive, persuasive communication style—someone capable of working under pressure and managing multiple operations.
