Duties
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff in daily operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to both the factories and external customers.
- Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse.
- Communicate delivery schedules and coordinate with external logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory location checks and quantity counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure factory refuse skips are emptied and replaced as required.
- Maintain a high housekeeping standard in the external yard space.
